Workshop - Driving excellence in clinical outcomes: methods for monitoring and influencing change.  7th May 2008

The aim of this workshop was to bring together individuals actively exploring the application of innovative statistical techniques to the monitoring of clinical practice and processes.  It provided a forum for cross-fertilisation of ideas and discussion of areas of common interest.  The intention was for the workshop to be a catalyst for ongoing dialogue and the sharing of knowledge in this evolving area.  The morning session included presentations about the work currently being done and approaches employed by the various groups while the afternoon session focussed on discussion of the technical aspects.

The workshop was free and was sponsored by the St Andrew's Medical Institute and QUT, School of Mathematical Sciences.  Please click here to open program.

The overall feedback from this workshop was very positive and there was a lot of interest for other workshops in the future. As soon as details become available they will be posted on this website.
